Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 April 2026
The short version
Productiviti is an AI team you hire to do the repetitive, important work your business needs done. You stay in charge — every output waits for your approval before anything goes live. We charge a monthly fee. You can cancel any time.
Who this agreement is between
This is a binding agreement between you (the account holder or your business) and A2E Group Pty Ltd, trading as Productiviti ("us", "we"). By signing up or using Productiviti, you agree to these terms.
What Productiviti does
- Configures AI agents to assist with your business — responding to reviews, chasing invoices, watching competitors, drafting social posts, and so on.
- Drafts work for you. Unless you explicitly enable auto-publish, nothing is sent, posted, or finalised without your approval.
- Connects to third-party services (Google Business Profile, Meta, Stripe, etc.) via your OAuth consent — and only those you approve.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials safe. Actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
- Review drafts before approving. AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for what you publish or send under your name.
- Don't use Productiviti to do anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful to others.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license Productiviti without written permission.
Payment and cancellation
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and in your account.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
- We may change prices with 30 days notice. Your next renewal is at the new price; you can cancel before then if you disagree.
- Taxes (GST, VAT) added where required. Shown on your receipt.
Limits on what the AI can do
Productiviti is not a law firm, an accountant, a financial adviser, or a medical provider. Our agents draft documents, responses, and analyses — they do not give professional advice. For anything legally binding, get a human expert to review before acting.
Availability and service levels
We aim for 99.9% uptime but Productiviti is a software service — outages happen. We'll notify you of planned maintenance. For unplanned outages we'll credit a pro-rata portion of your subscription if the outage exceeds our published SLA (once we formally publish one; meantime, we'll do the right thing).
Your data, your property
Whatever you put into Productiviti — your business information, your drafts, your approvals, your brand kit — stays yours. We get a limited licence to store and process it only so that we can run Productiviti for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Productiviti is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you've paid in the past 12 months, or (b) AU$100. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
Governing law
Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we mutually agree to resolve by arbitration.
